Have you configured scan to email?

If not, I suggest you have a look HERE

If scan to email is configured and you're asking how to use this feature, have a look HERE

On a speperate issue, how can one scan to email?

No, sry.

I cannot figure out why it would be on a certain file type, I still think it needs cleaning.

Though someone else might have an idea about this, if it's a software related issue?

This line does not always appear.

Depends on file format saved.

This seems strange...

Hi again!

 

Please try cleaning the CVT glass, you can also try putting the paper directly on to the glass and see if that works.

If it's only when copying I do believe its the CVT glass, follow THIS.

And see if that helps.
